Job Title : Manager/ Senior Manager HR - CoE Performance & Reward.

Job Responsibilities
Performance

  • Lead annual performance management and promotion cycle, systems administration and enhancement, and communications.
  • Review and maintain performance management and promotion policies and processes.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on performance management policies and processes for key stakeholders i.e., HRBPs, Performance Management Representatives at the institutions, etc.
  • Generate and review performance bell curves, reports, analytics and presentation materials to facilitate moderation sessions at group and functional levels.
  • Conduct performance moderation session and provide secretariat support at group level.
  • Develop performance management materials and manual to support key stakeholders to deliver their performance management responsibilities.
  • Conduct and validate job evaluation of promotion cases.
  • Partnering HR Technology team on performance management module system configuration and enhancement.
  • Partnering Learning & Development to enhance participation of Reporting Officer training in Effective Performance Management.
Rewards
  • Review of promotion increment approach.
  • Prepare the approval papers for group level bonus and retention plans at Human Resource Committee Meeting.
  • Manage the budget and prepare communication materials for group level bonus and retention plans.
  • Participate in salary review of selected job group.
Job Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Performance Management and Compensation. Candidate with more years of experience will be considered for Senior Manager role.
  • Strong ability to operate and communicate well with many level of stakeholders
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Meticulous and comfortable with handling large scale data using Excel
  • Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiar with SuccessFactor system and Korn Ferry Hay job evaluation method will be added advantage
