Job Description

In this role, you will project manage and coordinate IT infrastructure and systems development for Changi East projects and oversee the planning, design, implementation, completion of construction, testing, commissioning and handover of IT infrastructure and systems to operations.
Key responsibilities include managing project scope, resources, timelines, cost, risks, monitor progress and providing regular updates and documentations at different forums. You will also ensure that all interfaces/ program workstreams dependencies are deconflict, and that project issues are identified and resolved for projects to stay on track.
You will work closely and communicate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are captured and implemented on time, within budget and within scope of the highest quality.
Requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 6 years of experience in delivering large-scale IT infrastructure projects, systems projects or equivalent. Candidates with more experience will be considered for a more senior role.
• Experience in Data Centre deployment will be an added advantage
• Proven track record, experience and extensive knowledge of project and construction management for major, complex aviation or project of a similar scale and complexity
• Good understanding of cybersecurity knowledge and IT compliance audit
• Broad technology experience encompassing architecture and infrastructure
• Good Systems Engineering knowledge, concept of operations understanding and system life cycle
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Able to communicate ideas, issues and solutions effectively in meetings and presentations
• High clarity in thoughts and thinking process
• Ability to lead and motivate project team/ consultant/ contractors
• Able to work independently to deliver results and have good project management skills and vendor management skills
• Good team player and able to handle fast paced projects
• Self-motivated, driven, assertive and analytical
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Project management certifications in PMP, CITPM or Prince2 will be an advantage

This position is a 3-year contract with the possibility of renewal.
