In this role, you will be supporting WSG\xe2\x80\x99s Career Advisor Programme Office (CAPO) in developing and implementing the initiative for the assigned sectors. You will need to build partnerships with external stakeholders, engage the volunteer Career Advisors as well as liaise with the advisees. You will need to be able to manage concurrent engagements, projects and outreach activities, as well as work with partners and vendors to ensure successful delivery of outreach activities.
Responsibilities
The volunteer Career Advisors initiative aims to build up a pool of industry professionals who provide peer support and career guidance to local workers, especially those who are mature, to help them better navigate professional pathways. The initiative has been launched for the accountancy, electronics, healthcare, ICT and retail sectors.

Partnerships & Outreach
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to grow the pool of volunteer Career Advisors and advisee sign-ups for assigned sectors
Work with stakeholders on events and outreach opportunities to raise awareness of the initiative and enable volunteer Career Advisors to connect with prospective advisees
Engage with and provide support to the volunteer Career Advisors
Advisee Liaison
Liaise with advisees on their volunteer Career Advisors selection
Follow up with advisees and volunteer Career Advisors after their engagements on feedback surveys or reports
Manage data and reporting
Administrative Support
Support the Career Advisors Programme Office in meeting scheduling
Collate monthly ops data for reporting
Manage the Career Advisors Programme Office\xe2\x80\x99s raising of budget requisition, budget tracking and utilisation, and payment to partners
Requirements
Relevant experience in areas such as volunteer management, business development, partnerships and project/programme management
Good understanding of and interest in Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s general business environment and sectoral manpower issues
Good understanding of budget planning
Strong written and oral communication skills
Good interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders across all levels
Organised, meticulous, attentive to details and strong numerical sense
Responsible team player who will see through tasks assigned
Adaptable, quick-thinking, and able to manage last minute or unexpected changes
Resourceful, nimble and good at problem solving
Familiarity with MS Office software such as Excel preferred
