Porsche Asia Pacific is offering a vacancy as (Senior) Manager Porsche Experience within its Marketing team.
Lead Porsche Experience activities, including planning, organisation and management, with the overarching goal to develop a state-of-the-art driving events platform for existing and new customers
Assume overall budget responsibility for the Porsche Experience including the steering of agencies and venue partners as well as the organisation of the respective tender processes
Liaise regularly with related functions, internally and externally, to update the Porsche Experience calendar and booking systems, detailing provisional and confirmed events
Establish Standard Operating Procedures and ensure compliant event operations in the context of health and safety, including conduct and monitoring of risk assessments and liaising with relevant stakeholders
Manage ordering, maintenance, and disposal of the car pool in coordination with all relevant functions across the value chain
Work together with marketing team to create and execute a communication plan for the Porsche Experience offer, including program design, campaign assets for above- and below-the-line as well as digital channels
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in marketing, communications or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in luxury automotive, lifestyle or related business area
Very well versed in project management, negotiation and problem-solving
Highly motivated team player with an open/ growth mindset, and the ability to work under pressure
Willingness to work in a multicultural environment and to travel within the Asia Pacific region and Europe
Possession of racing and/ or instructor license is a plus
