This includes managing budgets, inventory management of collaterals, procurement processes such as issuing Purchase Order and doing Goods Receipt. xe2x80xa2 Conduct checks on vendors to verify performance as stipulated in contracts. xe2x80xa2 Conduct data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness, efficiency, and overall experience of the programmes. xe2x80xa2 Handle ad-hoc queries from the public and other stakeholders through Corporate Communications, providing timely and accurate responses. Job Requirements: xe2x80xa2 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on operations management or logistics, Public Policy with a focus on program management, Data Science or Business Analytics, or any other related field. xe2x80xa2 Preferably with experience in contract management and logistics. xe2x80xa2 Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct data analysis and apply data storytelling techniques. xe2x80xa2 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively handle public queries. xe2x80xa2 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. xe2x80xa2 As part of the shortlisting process for this role, candidates may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.
