What the role is:We are seeking a dynamic and agile individual to join our team as a manager for handling the operational aspects of communicable disease outreach programmes. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the team by managing contracts and logistics for our programmes, providing data analysis of programme effectiveness, efficiency, and experience. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for handling ad-hoc queries from the public and other stakeholders through Corporate Communications. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.What you will be working on:You will be working on the managing the operational aspects of communicable disease outreach programmes. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling ad-hoc queries from the public and other stakeholders through Corporate Communications.What we are looking for:Key Job Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage contracts, procurement administration and logistics for the programmes to ensure smooth operations and execution. This includes managing budgets, inventory management of collaterals, procurement processes such as issuing Purchase Order and doing Goods Receipt. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct checks on vendors to verify performance as stipulated in contracts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness, efficiency, and overall experience of the programmes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle ad-hoc queries from the public and other stakeholders through Corporate Communications, providing timely and accurate responses. Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration with a focus on operations management or logistics, Public Policy with a focus on program management, Data Science or Business Analytics, or any other related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably with experience in contract management and logistics. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct data analysis and apply data storytelling techniques. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively handle public queries. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 As part of the shortlisting process for this role, candidates may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.
