Duties & Responsibilities

The incumbent will assist the group business (Corporate HQ, Singapore Market and Overseas Market) in the institutionalization of the Quality Excellence culture (Design-Driven Culture, Data-Driven and Continuous improvement culture) to achieve long term sustainability and organization goal. The incumbent will act as a CATALYST to drive CHANGES across the organization. He/she will:

  • Lead the Certis Service Delivery System Program (CSDS aims to allow ordinary people to deliver extraordinary results) - from Strategy formulation through to execution. This task may include (not limited to) the following:
o Engage with all levels of people in the organisation including officer on the ground all the way to Senior Leadership Team and C-level to obtain buy in for proposed solutions and business outcomes.
o Plan and facilitate workshops, working directly with our clients and their customers/users, stakeholders and cross-functional users to analyze pain points, understand end-user needs, document user storyboards through both digital and physical environments, and co-create digital-native processes, products, platforms and experiences.
o Manage, monitor and drive Year on Year CSDS KPI for Certis Grp
o Responsible for the maintenance and governance of the CSDS Quality Manual
  • Oversee as the business owner of eCSDS application (System that supports the CSDS Program)
o Manage the improvement and enhancement of the eCSDS system to ensure relevance and adoption of the system
  • Instil continuous improvement mindset through working with key stakeholders to establish, review, and analyse the Key Performance Indicators that forms the fundamental of prioritizing and solving the problems at strategic level.
  • Responsible for providing leadership, coaching and mentoring to the assigned departments. Ensure departments projects pipeline is healthy to meet annual cost reduction targets. Responsible to ensure all projects are meeting ROI, solutions are sustainable, met regulatory requirements, properly approved at different stages with the tollgate committee, properly documented amongst other tasks.
  • Provide face-to-face/virtual trainings/workshops to company-wide audience from rank and file employees to Senior Leadership to ensure all staff speaks a common Quality language.
Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor of Science in Design, Innovation, Quality, Technology or Engineering related field is preferred.
  • Must have:
o Be a highly skilled group facilitator with a wealth of experience leading multi-disciplinary groups through such activities as strategic planning, journey mapping, issue resolution, brainstorming and requirements gathering/definition.
o minimum of 5 years of Lean Six Sigma experience with hands on experience - Planning, Implementing, Coaching and Mentoring
o minimum of 3 years of Project Management, Performance Improvement, and Business Management related experience
  • Pro-active, independent, result oriented, passionate and time management are essential to succeed in this position.
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate at all levels to maintain relationships and cooperation in pursuing organizational goals.
  • Must be able to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts to reach consensus around common goals.
