International Bank Seeking Experienced IT Service Delivery Manager
Our client, a reputable international bank with a large presence in Singapore is currently looking for a Country Technology Manager (IT Service Delivery Manager) to lead their activities in change enablement, service level management, service desk & incident management, and problem management.
Responsibilities
Maintain the Bank\'s Technology infrastructure capability, supporting the business activities across Retail, Wealth & Private Banking Segment.
Coordinate activities under IT Service Management processes such as Monitoring & Event Management and Availability Management.
Support the business activities across Retail, Wealth & Private Banking Segment, ensuring full compliance with all Country and Group policies, statutory regulations, local banking laws, anti-money laundering regulations and industry practices.
Requirements
At least 8 to 10+ years of Retail, Wealth & Private Banking or Financial Services domain and has touched on a ITSM practices, IT Service Delivery in a bank.
Understanding of Cloud Hosting, such as Infrastructure as a service, Platform as a service and Software as a Service, DevOps Processes.
Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills.
Service Management Certifications.
