By leveraging digital capabilities as part of a future-ready team, your opportunities keep expanding.As a Manager/Senior Manager (Service Designer), you will be involved in an interesting spectrum of design thinking work ranging from insights-targeted solutioning to capability building. You will play an important role in helming design thinking initiatives, which involve leading meaningful engagements with taxpayers and internal / external stakeholders to uncover deep user needs and building more positive, human-centric experiences for them. As a member of the Behavioural Insights (BI) & Design team, you will have the opportunity to develop a good understanding of BI concepts and principles through hands-on participation in BI projects. Leveraging the synergy of BI & Design, you will champion human-centricity for the whole organisation by designing and conducting experiential training sessions to coach staff on both BI & Design approaches, building their capabilities to apply these skills independently.To do well in this role, you should love interacting with people and be a creative problem-solver with an eye for detail. You must be curious to learn and highly adaptable to change.What you will be working on:

• Develop a deep understanding of taxpayers, stakeholders and staff through literature reviews and user research and user interviews / testing.

• Translate these insights into meaningful opportunities to improve human-centricity.

• Lead and collaborate in cross-divisional teams to develop, prototype and test human-centric solutions.

• Design and conduct workshops with divisions to drive strategic discussions and guide them in using the design thinking methodology to solve business problems.

• Develop a good understanding of BI concepts and principles through participating / assisting in BI projects, conducting self-learning in BI and attending relevant courses.

• Embed a human-centred mindset and culture by training, advising and coaching Divisions to meaningfully incorporate BI & Design approaches into their everyday work.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor\'s degree in industrial design, sociology, economics, psychology or related fields
• Preferably professional experience in a design consultancy OR working experience in other organisations with exposure to design / design thinking
• Good knowledge of design thinking methodology, process and tools.
• Strong user research, qualitative data analysis / synthesis, prototyping and design facilitation skills
• Experience in creating storyboards, user / process flows and wireframes
• Good communication skills in presentation, writing and interpersonal interactions

• Experienced in managing multiple and diverse stakeholders

• Resourceful, resilient and self-organising

• Knowledge and working experience in behavioural science is advantageous
