What the role is:As a Senior HR Executive/ Manager, HR Service in the HR Solutions and Capabilities Division, you will play a key role in the effective and efficient management and administration of HR functions relating to service conditions, benefits and professional development for MOE employees.What you will be working on:

• Manage HR operations reliably and effectively to ensure good standard of delivery of HR services, including case evaluation and management \xe2\x80\xa2 Review and implement HR operational policies, initiatives, processes and strategies in support of building a quality and engaged workforce \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform the role of subject matters expert for desk functions, and provide advice on HR matters \xe2\x80\xa2 Build strong partnership with key stakeholders in policy reviews, implementation and administration \xe2\x80\xa2 Engage and advise line managers to facilitate effective HR management in the Ministry
