Job Description
What the role is:
Candidate is responsible for managing the Centre to offer excellent service across multi-channels to all customers and achieve to sales, placement and any other assigned KPIs. What you will be working on:
- Develop sales strategy & plan to achieve revenue, training numbers and placement targets.
- Lead and manage a team to execute sales and outreach activities to achieve targets.
- Establish strong network and collaboration with partners, industry, agencies and multipliers
- Involved in new product development (with the Product Team) and work closely with Marketing for product launch & sales
- Present at workshops, seminars & events to support SIRS\xe2\x80\x99 thought leadership role in Retail
- Manage all placement programmes to achieve desired outcomes
- Lead and manage projects as assigned
- Support the management team to achieve SIRS\xe2\x80\x99 mission and objectives
- Experienced sales manager in Retail/Training or any related functions
- Proven track record for sales achievement and project management
- Strong people manager and resourceful team player
- \xe2\x80\x98Intrapreneurial\xe2\x80\x99, driven and solution-oriented
