People development is key to support the transformation of ActiveSG 3.0. ATC channels dedicated resources in capability development to foster a learning culture, deliver robust training programmes and offer wide range of learning activities and resources in an integrated and collaborative manner. The incumbent is responsible for the execution of the ActiveSG Training Roadmap and all related systems, accreditation and administration. He/She will oversee the development and review of learning resources, e-learning and learning activities based on assessment of operational needs. He/she will oversee accreditation requirements and certification standards and manages the WorkStudy Diploma Programme. Role and Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 To execute & operationalisation the ActiveSG Training Roadmap. \xe2\x80\xa2 To determine the requirements in source for high quality training courses and review its feedback \xe2\x80\xa2 To lead all administration efforts in an efficient and effective manner for all parties. \xe2\x80\xa2 To monitor training progress and participation on a timely manner through reporting and close follow ups with centre management. \xe2\x80\xa2 To provide feedback and recommendations to Planning & Policies team. \xe2\x80\xa2 To determine the requirements and oversee the infrastructure (values, outcomes) and systems support (including ActiveSGLearns portal) for all learning needs \xe2\x80\xa2 To plan and oversee learning technology and system integration (e.g. WorkDay, Learning hours database), implementation, improvement and maintenance to ensure coherence. \xe2\x80\xa2 To direct efforts for e-learning courses and resources. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure all compulsory e-learning requirements are met \xe2\x80\xa2 To lead the requirements and development of learning resources \xe2\x80\xa2 To provide a variety of learning resources \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure a suite of learning activities (e.g. learning journeys, attachments, conferences, trips) \xe2\x80\xa2 To manage learning activities and conduct review \xe2\x80\xa2 To oversee the monitoring of post-learning obligations \xe2\x80\xa2 To submit timely submission for all certification / grants requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure maintenance relevant training accreditations (e..g Workplace Learning Gold Award, Accredited Training Organisation with SkillsFuture Singapore) \xe2\x80\xa2 To oversee the recruitment of trainees and assessors/mentors and manage the selection policies and processes \xe2\x80\xa2 To organise events and activities to foster interaction amongst the trainees \xe2\x80\xa2 To manage all related administration, including the review of On-Job-Training Tasklists \xe2\x80\xa2 To manage any training grants and funding matters \xe2\x80\xa2 To design curriculum, deliver and assess deliver training programmes \xe2\x80\xa2 To review, coordinate and assess external training programmes \xe2\x80\xa2 To conduct periodic evaluation and review to maintain currency and relevancy \xe2\x80\xa2 To monitor the timeline and deliverables for all training programmes and initiativesWhat we are looking for:We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 A Bachelor Degree in Business, Learning & Development, Coaching and Instructional Design, Sport, Sport Management \xe2\x80\xa2 Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) or Advanced Certificate in Learning & Performance or its equivalent will be an advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 8 years of working experience in related field with at least 4 years in supervisory experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prior experience in curriculum development and training delivery/facilitation will be preferred. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven ability to foster collaborative efforts by building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Has a forward thinking mindset \xe2\x80\xa2 Has passion for Learning and Development \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to inspire, influence and engage to garner buy-in and support \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong business acumen and ground sensing \xe2\x80\xa2 Resourcefulness \xe2\x80\xa2 People-centric attitude \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborative \xe2\x80\xa2 Meticulous \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective communication skills (written and oral) \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess leadership skills The level of offer will commensurate with applicants\' experience and track records.
