Job Description

What the role is:

The 3P Network Department supports PUB\'s strategic objective to manage Singapore\'s water demand through public communications & community engagement to raise awareness, grow support and generate action among stakeholders to take joint ownership of our water resources. You will be part of the 3P Network Department and have the opportunity to conceptualise, develop and implement integrated communications initiatives and projects for internal and external communications. This includes media publicity, marketing and digital campaigns, public outreach and partnerships.

What you will be working on:

Your responsibilities could involve one of the following areas under the three divisions of 3P Network Department: Communications \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop strategic communications framework to shape public perception and enhance corporate reputation \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide support in managing crisis communications; participate in emergency exercises \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and execute media engagement strategies, foster media relationships in support of PUB\'s communication efforts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Craft messages and develop press materials to communicate PUB\'s key messages Marketing \xe2\x80\xa2 Strategise, direct and execute innovative multi-audience integrated marketing campaigns to meet PUB\'s objectives \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the delivery of campaign plans, including deploying resources, integrating solutions, and implementation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop robust digital, social media and content strategy that supports the PUB brand\'s strategic direction and can reach out to our audiences in the most impactful and effective manner Community Relations \xe2\x80\xa2 Conceptualise and implement partnership strategies, outreach programmes and campaigns, including school outreach programmes and engagement initiatives to meet PUB objectives \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with stakeholders to develop programmes and events to engage the community

What we are looking for:

• Degree in communications or a related discipline, with minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Digital and social media savvy \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong organizational and project management skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent writing skills along with strong presentation and oral communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Highly motivated and able to deliver under tight deadlines \xe2\x80\xa2 Work well independently and also a good team player \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent analytical and communication skills
