What the role is:This position reports directly to the Director (3P Network). You will lead the Marketing Division which comprises the Marcom and Digital teams and be responsible for developing, implementing and executing marketing campaigns, corporate branding and creative content development initiatives to advance PUB\'s mission and enhance its corporate reputation. You are required to work with the Communications and Community Relations Divisions within the 3P Network Department to provide coordinated and integrated communications support to other departments. You should be a consummate MARCOM specialist and confident in your ability to work in a fast-paced environment that involves unanticipated, real-time situations and able to deliver across all of these disciplines.What you will be working on:Specifically, you will: \xe2\x80\xa2 Engage internal stakeholders to develop an in-depth understanding of organisation/ business units\' project goals/needs and translate these needs into impactful communications and marketing plans \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the Director in tasks related to strategic comms planning, narrative and message development, comms research and comms campaign management \xe2\x80\xa2 Actively lead and contribute to management meetings by offering strategic and creative insights \xe2\x80\xa2 Devise and implement innovative, effective marketing campaigns to achieve targets. This includes any formative research, developing and implementing marketing campaigns which include content marketing, paid media, PR campaigns, print, social and promotions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee the content marketing strategy, playing a proactive role in creating and commissioning regular digital content in support of specific campaigns and wider strategic work to raise the profile of PUB\'s work. \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee the creation, design and execution of all corporate collaterals, to support the Communications and Community Relations Divisions. Coordinate public/digital engagement outreach and branding strategies to ensure visibility, clarity and consistency in PUB branding and positioning \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee budget utilisation, project milestones and deliverables to ensure successful execution of projects \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee the planning and execution of campaign, flagship events/ exhibitions/ awards and publicity initiatives \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop research and data analytics capabilities to support a data-driven and insights-led communication effort \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead both internal and external communications for issues, incidents and crisesWhat we are looking for:

  • Degree in Marketing / Communications / Digital Media or related field \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 12 years or more of relevant experience and track record in developing and leading successful campaigns, with at least 5 years in a supervisory position. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated leadership, planning and organisational abilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to think critically, analytically and strategically \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in providing creative direction, comms narrative, and communication strategy digitally \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to create and present clear and concise reports and presentations \xe2\x80\xa2 Have a knack for translating technical concepts into easily-understood contents \xe2\x80\xa2 Have a good understanding of the media and digital platforms; and media research and analytics tools \xe2\x80\xa2 An effective leader who can guide and motivate the team towards achieving positive outcomes \xe2\x80\xa2 A team player and is hands-on, result-oriented and self-directed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Creative drive, energy, innovation and enthusiasm - never satisfied with status quo, always striving to break new ground and bring new marketing techniques and channels to the forefront. \xe2\x80\xa2 Budget management skills and proficiency \xe2\x80\xa2 Project management skills, organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
