What the role is:This position reports directly to the Director (3P Network). You will lead the Marketing Division which comprises the Marcom and Digital teams and be responsible for developing, implementing and executing marketing campaigns, corporate branding and creative content development initiatives to advance PUB's mission and enhance its corporate reputation. You are required to work with the Communications and Community Relations Divisions within the 3P Network Department to provide coordinated and integrated communications support to other departments. You should be a consummate MARCOM specialist and confident in your ability to work in a fast-paced environment that involves unanticipated, real-time situations and able to deliver across all of these disciplines.What you will be working on:Specifically, you will: Engage internal stakeholders to develop an in-depth understanding of organisation/ business units\' project goals/needs and translate these needs into impactful communications and marketing plans Support the Director in tasks related to strategic comms planning, narrative and message development, comms research and comms campaign management Actively lead and contribute to management meetings by offering strategic and creative insights Devise and implement innovative, effective marketing campaigns to achieve targets. This includes any formative research, developing and implementing marketing campaigns which include content marketing, paid media, PR campaigns, print, social and promotions. Oversee the content marketing strategy, playing a proactive role in creating and commissioning regular digital content in support of specific campaigns and wider strategic work to raise the profile of PUB's work. Oversee the creation, design and execution of all corporate collaterals, to support the Communications and Community Relations Divisions. Coordinate public/digital engagement outreach and branding strategies to ensure visibility, clarity and consistency in PUB branding and positioning Oversee budget utilisation, project milestones and deliverables to ensure successful execution of projects Oversee the planning and execution of campaign, flagship events/ exhibitions/ awards and publicity initiatives Develop research and data analytics capabilities to support a data-driven and insights-led communication effort Lead both internal and external communications for issues, incidents and crisesWhat we are looking for:
