Responsibilities:

• Manage diversion requests from clients (government agencies and Private Developer).
• Review project costing and design for diversion request.
• Liaise with key stake holders (Operations, Billing, Architects, Engineering Consultants, Building Developers and relevant Authorities) to ensure projects are carried out within budget and timeline.
• Attend site meetings/survey for feasibility study and implementation issues.
• Track the expenditure for implementation of pipeline and cables projects against project costing / quotation and take action to seek approval and liaise with external parties for additional funds, if required.
• Lead the evaluation team in sourcing of service supply contract.
• Manage the implementation of existing service contract including vendor relationship.
• Co-ordinate department\xe2\x80\x99s annual budget, forecast and spending.
• Collate department\xe2\x80\x99s monthly operational report
• Taking leadership role in major project which may be assigned from time to time.
• Provide expertise and leadership in shaping engineering design policy and optimizing operational process

The Ideal candidate should possess:

• Degree in Engineering, Electroncics Engineering or equivalent.
• 10 years of relevnt Telco Project Management experience.
• Able to handle internal stakeholders and external clients well.
