Assets Accounting: Verify assets working conditions, account for assets loaned to other entities, and donate or transfer functional assets to other agencies, non-profit organisations, or public institutions.
Assets Disposal: Assist in the disposal of expired, redundant, or damaged assets from storage facilities. Review and Engagement with Hotels: Review and extend existing agreements with hotels, arrange engagement sessions, conduct site reconnaissance, and assess compliance with new Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) requirements. Reporting and Ad Hoc Tasks: Prepare updates for internal reporting and perform other duties or ad-hoc projects as required. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelors degree in any relevant field. Operational Management: Strong operational management skills with a focus on customer-centric service delivery. Inventory Management: Experience in managing inventory, ensuring accountability, and enforcing compliance with policies and procedures. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to convey regulatory requirements and best practices to external stakeholders. Change Management: Ability to integrate changes into standard operating procedures and workflows. Collaboration: Strong collaborative skills to work with external stakeholders in developing operational plans and reporting systems. Project Support: Ability to provide support for ad hoc project tasks and duties in alignment with operational objectives. Duration/Working hours: 1 year contract (2 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026) Mon to Thurs, 8.30am to 6pm and Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm, inclusive of 1 hour break.
