About the Role In this role, you will be a core member of a small but effective integrated regional team that will help HARMAN build and grow Asia Pacific\'s digital ecosystem. You will have a deep understanding of social media platforms and trends in the APAC region and will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that engage our target audience to drive brand awareness with an understanding of the importance of its impact for mid to end funnel. You are a right brain marketer with a performance-led mindset and a knack for analytics to understand the strategies that you drive. You will also be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results with the goal of bringing best in class experiences to life for our consumer. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for digital business growth. Your Team You will report directly to the Senior Manager, Digital & E-Commerce, and this is an independent contributor role managing JBL, Harman Kardon and InfinityLab across Asia Pacific. You will also be working collaboratively with in country digital, ecommerce and social media leads to drive strategic thinking and KPI measurements. What You Will Do \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and execute best in class social media strategies across our APAC markets to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through our social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and other relevant platforms. \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive new initiatives with up-to-date knowledge on the latest social media trends, monitor competitor activities and industry developments in APAC markets for opportunities to drive growth and optimise content strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyse and report on social media metrics, tracking KPIs and leveraging insights to improve strategies for continuous improvement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as marketing, creative, digital and eCommerce teams to ensure alignment of messaging and campaigns across various channels to support both integrated marketing campaigns and digital-led campaigns. \xe2\x80\xa2 Be the brand guardian to ensure that all social content is on brand and aligned with the brand guidelines and strategy \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with in country teams to manage and review local social content calendars; ability to activate and respond to new trends \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop best practices and strategies on leveraging social livestreaming to drive awareness and conversion opportunities \xe2\x80\xa2 Partner with local marketing comms lead to drive best practices of leveraging influencers as part of the social content ecosystem \xe2\x80\xa2 This role will also require you to manage agency relationships, to ensure data and reports are delivered on time \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with customer service to provide a positive customer response on all of our social channels What You Need \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s Degree in Digital Marketing Communications, Digital Media or a related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 5 years\' of experience in social media management and brand marketing \xe2\x80\xa2 Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights and make data-driven decisions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Creative, innovative thinker. Detail-oriented, ensuring high-quality content production. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful social media strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness and business results in APAC. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms and content creation tools is a must. \xe2\x80\xa2 Solid hands-on experience in social media strategy, planning and digital activations. You have a good knowledge of how and when to leverage different marketing channels. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent writing and editing skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong, proactive and effective communicator and a reliable team player. Ability to work independently. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in high-growth, fast-paced and dynamic environments preferred. What is Nice to Have \xe2\x80\xa2 Prior experience in Consumer Electronics or FMCG industry with APAC experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to juggle between the details and big picture, manage multiple and competing projects and priorities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Passion for and genuine curiosity for innovation in the social media space and a strong understanding of having a performance-driven mindset. \xe2\x80\xa2 Adaptable to ambiguity, changes and be at the forefront to lead change in both actions and behaviour. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a culturally-diverse team environment, and understanding what it means to achieve success with others and through others. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communicator and able to perform well in a matrixed organization.
