Job Description
What the role is:
This position is for a fixed contract term.
You will be part of the Strategy and Business Transformation Department (SBT), which drives efforts to achieve HSA\'s transformation outcome of \xe2\x80\x9ca lean, agile and digital organisation that delivers products and services that meet our stakeholders\' needs\xe2\x80\x9d.
- Assist the Chief Digitalisation Strategy Officer and HSA Chief Data Officer to drive HSA\'s digitalization strategy and plans.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders on various digitalisation projects, such as Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Robotic Process Automation.
- Drive change by managing training and communication initiatives, e.g. maintain/update the HSA Transformation microsite, design email blasts, organize webinars, classroom training.
- Provide secretariat support at management meetings e.g. preparing updates on matters arising, notes taking.
- Provide support at events (e.g. townhalls, seminars, workshops) organized by SBT.
- Keen interest in digital solutions and new technologies.
- Good communication (oral and written) skills.
- Preferably with 3-5 years of working experience in strategy, planning, or related fields.
- Candidates that are competent in Data Analytics (e.g. Tableau) or Robotics Process Automation (e.g. UiPath) have an advantage.
