Job Description
What the role is:This position is for a fixed contract term.You will be part of the Strategy and Business Transformation Department (SBT), which drives efforts to achieve HSA's transformation outcome of a lean, agile and digital organisation that delivers products and services that meet our stakeholders\' needs.
- Assist the Chief Digitalisation Strategy Officer and HSA Chief Data Officer to drive HSA's digitalization strategy and plans.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders on various digitalisation projects, such as Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Robotic Process Automation.
- Drive change by managing training and communication initiatives, e.g. maintain/update the HSA Transformation microsite, design email blasts, organize webinars, classroom training.
- Provide secretariat support at management meetings e.g. preparing updates on matters arising, notes taking.
- Provide support at events (e.g. townhalls, seminars, workshops) organized by SBT.
- Keen interest in digital solutions and new technologies.
- Good communication (oral and written) skills.
- Preferably with 3-5 years of working experience in strategy, planning, or related fields.
- Candidates that are competent in Data Analytics (e.g. Tableau) or Robotics Process Automation (e.g. UiPath) have an advantage.
