One of our key focus areas, is to enhance our stakeholder experience. You will be actively involved in revamping our customer service. Processes, improving our documentation, and helping us build the right team to serve both our internal and external stakeholders. You will also coordinate internal audits and compliance related matters with our regulatory and quality assurance team.



The role will be challenging for the next few months as we look to transform many of our manual processes, and we need to achieve this whilst maintaining our service levels to our stakeholders.

Role & Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

Develop and execute innovative supply chain strategies aligned with overarching business goals. Focus on optimizing inventory levels, enhancing lead times, and reducing operational costs to drive competitive advantage.

Leadership & Team Development

Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of supply chain professionals. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaborative success.

Operations Oversight

Manage daily supply chain activities, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution. Ensure processes are efficient, compliant with standards, and deliver exceptional quality. Proactively design and implement risk mitigation plans to address potential disruptions such as natural disasters, geopolitical tensions, or supplier challenges.

Supplier & Partner Relationship Management

Cultivate strong partnerships with key suppliers and logistics providers. Negotiate contracts, monitor performance metrics, and spearhead initiatives for ongoing improvement and innovation.

Inventory Optimization

Strategically manage inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing carrying costs. Implement best practices and control systems to ensure precise inventory management.

Data-Driven Decision Making

Leverage analytics to identify trends, evaluate performance, and inform strategic decisions. Prepare insightful reports on key supply chain metrics for executive leadership.

Process Innovation

Identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency, reducing waste, and streamlining workflows. Implement solutions that elevate overall supply chain performance.

Business Development & Growth

Promote and expand the company's 3PL and 4PL services, driving revenue and market share growth.

Sustainability & Environmental Responsibility

Integrate eco-friendly practices into supply chain strategies, focusing on reducing carbon footprints, minimizing waste, and utilizing sustainable materials.

Technology Adoption

Stay ahead of industry advancements by researching and incorporating cutting-edge supply chain technologies to improve operational accuracy and efficiency.

Customer-Centric Approach

Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring timely, accurate deliveries and superior service levels.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure supply chain activities are fully aligned with broader business objectives and initiatives.
