The Talent Management & Development (TM&D) team in Asia Pacific is part of Visa's broader People function and plays a critical role in shaping the leadership and talent agenda across the region. We create the insights, strategies, and practices required to unlock the full potential of our people and ensure we have the leadership needed for the future. Our work spans performance management, talent planning and succession, career development, and leadership development.
What a TM&D Manager does at Visa:
As a Manager in the TM&D team, you will be responsible for driving the execution of key talent and leadership initiatives across the Asia Pacific region. You will partner closely with regional People Business Partners (PBPs), People Advisors (PAs), and global/regional COE teams to ensure seamless delivery of programs and processes that elevate the employee experience and strengthen Visa's leadership pipeline.
