Our client, a prominent Singapore-headquartered organization and a leading player in its field, is seeking a Talent Manager to support and implement talent management strategies aimed at identifying, developing, and retaining high-potential employees.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
Manage the identification and development of high-potential employees including annual talent review cycle and succession planning.
Curate job rotations, mobility opportunities, and career pathways to support talent growth.
Oversee scholarship and development programs for early talents.
Partner with business leaders and HR teams to plan and execute talent movement strategies.
Track and evaluate talent progression, providing insights and reports for leadership.
Recommend and implement improvements to enhance talent development initiatives.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related discipline.
6-10 years of experience in talent management or leadership development.
Strong stakeholder management and program design skills.
Prior coaching experience or knowledge of assessment tools is preferred.
Analytical, proactive, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
