We also develop the Smart Nation infrastructure and applications, and facilitate collaboration with citizens and businesses to co-develop technologies.

We seeking for a Manager to join our Talent Management team. Be part of the team that grooms future-ready leaders and grows a pipeline of technical specialists for the organisation. You will be collaborating with a cohesive team of high-performing individuals to drive talent development and talent management programs in a dynamic environment: What you will be working on:
  • Manage and drive our Technology Associate Programme to groom young talents in the organisation, that will include the following key activities:
    • Serve as a partner to hiring managers in the development of the Tech Associates
    • Conceive, design and implement progressive talent development and engagement programmes with the objective of developing and retaining our young talents
    • Conduct career and development conversations with Tech Associates
    • Facilitate the exposure of the Tech Associates through rotations or part-time gigs with our Talent Market Place initiatives
    • Involve in the recruitment, selection and training of new associates, providing on-going support and guidance to ensure their success
  • Manage the reporting system and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of the programme and the progress of the Tech Associates.
  • Manage the budget for the Technology Associate Programme including forecasting and reporting on expenses
  • Oversee the learning & development of our fresh graduates with the objective of assimilating them into the organisation and culture
Success in this role will be demonstrated by your ability to:
  • Shape talent development and engagement policies, frameworks and approaches.
  • Develop and drive effective learning and development initiatives for our talent pool.
  • Prioritise and curate suite of learning solutions in partnership with our Learning and Development teams.
  • Work in close partnership with our talent, the senior management, line managers as well as external stakeholders in public sector agencies.
What we are looking for:
  • 5 years of proven experience in talent management with 3 years in running an associate programme
  • Strong communicator and proven track record in engaging senior stakeholders (e.g., senior management staff, senior engineers).
  • Proactive self-starter and quick learner, with proven ability to hit the ground and run
  • Confidence in navigating complexity and comfortable with change
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Share our passion in enabling GovTech to deliver #TechForPublicGood
  • Understanding of the tech industry or public sector is an advantage, but not mandatory
