We are seeking a Manager to join our Operations & Systems team that leverages technology and operational expertise to deliver quality and customer-centric HR. This role is part of the People Operations team, where you will help drive organisational excellence through the management and execution of HR operational processes throughout the Employee Life Cycle.

[What you will be working on]

Responsibilities:-

• Drive and perform HR efficiencies through the management and execution of HR processes.
• Use digital tools to streamline HR processes and help to continually review, enhance and re-engineer operational procedures.
• Lead in efforts to build and strengthen data analytics by incorporating automation into day-to-day business processes.
• Lead in the co-ordination between the central project management and maintenance team and various stakeholders and our HR system (Workday).
• Ensure high standards of service delivery through vendor management of our outsourced partner.
• Work in close partnership with the Business Partners serving as the trusted operations advisor and implementation partner.

[What we are looking for]

Requirements:-

• At least 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in HR shared service.
• Candidates who are familiar with Workday will be preferred.
• Driven and enjoys taking a hands-on approach to problem-solving and has a strong passion for digitalisation.
• Candidates who are familiar with power query and power automate will have an advantage.
• Has a keen interest to grow professionally in the HR field.
• A strong team player with good communication skills.

Successful candidate will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.
