What you will be working on
- Support the timely renewals of tenancies, ensuring that lease renewals are conducted promptly and properly documenting all lease agreements
- Support the manager on the liaison of routing and recurring matters such as:
- Request for invoices to Finance to bill tenants
- Updating of tenancy master list details monthly
- To assist in the checks and audit of daily processes
- To assist in the administration of paperwork for tenancies and leases
- Provide administrative support for tenancy agreements and policy changes such as secretariat duties and staffing notes
- Prepare database of listings for online space resources directory
- Assist with other ad hoc tasks as assigned
- Degree in Real Estate or equivalent field
- Relevant experience in leasing / tenancy
- Relevant experience in process automation or research would be advantageous
- Experience in public sector procurement process e.g. tenders
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite applications
- Independent, meticulous and detail oriented
- Proactive thinking when executing tasks
- Strong communication skills
- An interest in Arts would be advantageous
