The User Experience (UX) department manages Jewel Changi Airport\xe2\x80\x99s mall & attractions operations, guest experience, facilities management, tenant experience, as well as tenancy design and experiential creation.
You will lead a team of senior/ executives to continually enhance the competitiveness of Jewel\xe2\x80\x99s retail business. You and your Tenancy Operations (TOps) team will upkeep this world-class multi-faceted lifestyle destination, acclaimed for excellence in operations, service and maintenance; and strive to uphold its reputation as the 2022 winner of \xe2\x80\x98Best Efforts in Centre Management\xe2\x80\x99.
As a team lead in UX, you will be the business partner to key tenants, as well as lead and manage a team of other TOps business partners to deliver excellent tenancy management services, including but not limited to the following:
a) Responsible for seamless on-boarding & off-boarding of tenants, as well as smooth day-to-day tenant operations, including their service delivery and housekeeping;
b) Proactively manage and ensure timely tenant\xe2\x80\x99s fitting-out/ reinstatement/ base provision programming and conformance to the authority regulations, landlord requirements and design standards, including proper documentation of all activities & correspondences;
c) Participate in or drive feasibility studies, COU, A&A/ minor works and other asset enhancement projects and service improvement initiatives;
d) Work with both internal stakeholders (such as Leasing, M&E, Marcom & Guest Experience) and external stakeholders (such as the managing agent, other service providers & tenant contractors) to advance our business interests and, at the same time, provide strong operational support to the tenants;
e) Review, update and/ or develop SOP, guidelines, checklists, workflows, etc. to ensure TOps processes and timeline are in-tuned with the latest regulatory requirements and business objectives; and
f) Coach & develop your team members and provide relevant technical & commercial guidance.
