What the role is:You design, develop, and review the Air Force Training Command\'s (AFTC) training evaluation and assessment frameworks, which involves the collection, monitoring, and analysis of training data to provide insights on the effectiveness of the Command\'s training systems and performance.What you will be working on:You also conduct validation research, propose enhancements for the continuous review of the training evaluation and assessment frameworks, and collaborate with the respective units\' SMEs to develop test plans and analyse examination results. In addition, you are expected to gain a comprehensive understanding of the wide range of training courses conducted in AFTC to recommend suitable enhancements for effective and accurate validation. Your challenges lie in staying updated on evaluation and assessment models used by renowned Institutes of Higher Learning (IHL), making recommendations on appropriate measurement tools for training effectiveness and instructional competencies, and working closely with stakeholders to develop and implement measurement tools for leadership qualities and commitment to defence.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably in Statistical studies, Psychology, Training Development, or related disciplines, and have at least 2 years\' working experience in areas of training validation, development of measurement tools, or statistical analysis. Proficiency in various statistical analysis software, such as STATA, SPSS, SAS, AMOS, EQS, RUMM2020, and R-Programming, is essential. Strong conceptual, analytical, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are crucial, along with adaptability, receptiveness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Being self-driven, resourceful, and a good team player with strong organisational skills is also important. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
