Job Description


What the role is:Manage NACLI\'s training support functions in the areas of manpower planning,
contextualised recruitment processes for training faculty in accordance with ATO requirements, curation of onboarding programme for NACLI new hires, execution of internal training and capability building plans in support of professionalising training faculty, and coordination of other division-based human resource-related matters.Supports NACLI\'s service excellence and innovation efforts in alignment with PA\'s service principles and in support of cultivating PA CLIAT core patterns of behaviours.What you will be working on:Key responsibilities include:Resource Planning & Staff Engagement

  • Works closely with PAHR as a central point of contact for NACLI on recruitment and other human resource planning and management functions to secure resourcing needs.
  • Manages the recruitment and onboarding of interns and temporary staff and responsible for the end-to-end process of sourcing, selecting, arranging for screening, and briefing of interns and temporary staff.
  • Liaises with stakeholders such as NACLI departments, PAHR, external recruitment agencies, and institution of higher learning (IHLs).
  • Liaises with PAHR on the confirmation, resignation and retirement of NACLI staff.
  • Liaises with PAHR on the arrangements for staff going on overseas assignments and conferences to ensure that travel matters, including travel arrangements, accommodation, staff insurance and overseas daily allowance are processed accordingly.
  • Provides administrative support to queries regarding Workday system, nominations of NACLI staff for PA-related events/programmes etc..
  • Strengthens staff engagement efforts in NACLI through implementation of regular townhalls with Dean.
  • Liaises with PAHR on NACLI staff matters and submission of periodic HR reports.
On-boarding & Internal Capability-Building Plans
  • Works with the Senior Manager to curate and update NACLI\'s internal onboarding learning packages for the back office
  • Develops, implements and monitors the on-boarding process for new NACLI hires.
  • Facilitates appointment of work buddies for new hires
  • Facilitates the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for interns and temporary staff into their roles within NACLI.
Corporate Administration
  • Performs executive coordination functions for Dean\'s Office in close collaboration with Planning Office and other PA and NACLI departments
  • Serves as a primary point of contact for the Dean\'s office managing communications, planning and coordination of key meetings, training sprints, consolidation and distribution of discussion materials etc.
Service Excellence & Innovation
  • Manages NACLI\'s service initiatives including tracking and maintaining repository of internal and external compliments for ongoing submission to OSED
  • Manages records of NACLI service award winners
  • Reviews and proposes continuous improvements to NACLI\'s service initiatives
  • Liaises and works with NACLI\'s F@N Club and Staff Engagement Committee on the reward and recognition for staff in support of PA iCARE and CLIAT core patterns.
  • Supports NACLI QSM in cascading regular updates to staff on service-related developments received from PA OSED
Other Duties
  • Covers duties of SM (TS - RP&SE) when required.
  • Provides operational / secretariat support when required for PA and NACLI\'s meetings, projects and weekend events.
  • Supports SM (TS - RP&SE) in onboarding briefing on the roles of Resource Planning & Service Excellence for new NACLI hires.
  • Performs any other duties assigned by senior officers.
  • Serves as member of Key Priority Area teams

  • Minimum - Two years of related work experience
  • Strong literacy in Microsoft Office Productivity Suite
