The Transformation Office, situated within the CEO\'s Office, is a passionate group of problem solvers at Grab who work on the most critical issues different countries, functions and verticals are tackling. Our projects range from new business launches to large scale transformation programs.The team is involved in strategising as well as on the ground execution of initiatives in alignment with multiple cross functional stakeholders. As an added mandate, the team is responsible for leading and managing post merger integrations, periodic investment reviews and supporting the due diligence phases for potential mergers and acquisitions.The key highlight of this team/role is the opportunity to build strategy, create high impact change and have unparalleled exposure to senior management, working across a range of verticals and functions within SEA.Get to know the Role:
