In your new role you will: * Lead the Transit Management operation team managing the outsourced shipping operations at Distribution Centre Asia and Cross Dock ensuring KPI fulfilment * Manage the Forwarders / Integrators Operati In your new role you will: Lead the Transit Management operation team managing the outsourced shipping operations at Distribution Centre Asia and Cross Dock ensuring KPI fulfilment Manage the Forwarders / Integrators Operations to ensure timely and quality shipments Drive improvement and solution to shipment performance issues in a timely manner Evaluate and enhance service providers performance Lead continuous improvement and digitalization projects to enhance the performance and efficiency of team Your ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelors' Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain / Industrial Engineering / Business Admin with minimum 3 years work experience in managing 3rd party logistics service providers Strong knowledge of Logistics / Forwarding industry practices Advanced analytical, leadership , and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Benefits What we offer you in Singapore Singapore is our regional headquarter for Asia-Pacific and consists of production, research & development, sales & marketing, supply chain and many central functions.
