We are expanding and looking for a talented Workplace Manager to join our Regional People team in Singapore!

The role will support the end to end process of corporate real estate, from regional workplace real estate, projects and operations, including workplace experience. The aim is to improve our workplace regionally and create work experiences that delight our employees and guests at foodpanda - to make everyone feel welcome, drives productivity and engagement, and aligns with our friendly foodpanda brand and culture.

Responsibilities

Regional

Support the delivery of workplace projects, such as new office space planning, real estate transactions, workplace design and tender, projects and office set up.

Collaborate with our internal brand and design teams to create state of the art workplace experience and services.

Develop and implement workplace policies in compliance with required standards and regulations.

Develop real estate and project playbooks as regional assets.

Driving savings through regional contract opportunities (Brokerage appointments, facilities management)

Develop workplace solutions through technology (Smart Office)

Regional HQ (Singapore)

Perform workspace planning activities, including space utilization analysis and forecasting for optimal space usage.

Collaborate with the Workplace Operations team in delivery workplace services, safety and compliance, for example: Pantry management, F&B programme, events management (e.g. office events, townhalls), onboarding

Improve Workplace experience for employees when working in the office (events, F&B and pantry planning)

Collaborate with Communications Team on internal workplace and events comms

Look into opportunities to drive a sustainable workplace (e.g. through purchasing of goods from sustainable sources/vendors, energy management, reduction of wastage).

Seek innovative ways to reduce costs and improve quality and operational standards.

Requirements

Degree in Real Estate or Business

Work experience in commercial/corporate Estates, Facilities or Property Management, ideally start-up and/or tech industry experience.
