What the role is:JTC has a diverse portfolio of commercial and other properties, ranging from retail and F&B (e.g. eating houses, restaurants, cafes) to offices and residential sites. These properties serve as critical amenities to support the companies and workers in our industrial estates and business parks.What you will be working on:We curate, market, lease and manage these office/retail/F&B spaces to support the amenity needs of our industrialists and to create vibrancy at our industrial estates, while ensuring high occupancies and financial sustainability. As a member of JTC\'s commercial & amenities team, you will be given the exciting opportunity to take JTC\'s office/retail/F&B spaces to the next level. These are some of your responsibilities: a) Tenancy/Lease Management - Office/Retail/F&B: - Curate retail/F&B mix - Market vacant properties - Allocate tenancies/leases - Renew tenancies/leases - Collaborate with tenants/lessees on new initiatives - Foster win-win partnerships with tenants/lessees b) Other Responsibilities: - Manage marketing agent contract - Undertake asset enhancement initiatives (AEIs) - Conduct research to understand the office/retail/F&B market and our tenant/lessees\' needs - Review policies on tenancy/lease management and pricing policies for commercial properties - Manage leases of residential sites (e.g. condominiums, dormitories) - Other work areas where JTC may cross-deploy youWhat we are looking for:- Relevant background in real estate, business, marketing, economics or other relevant disciplines - Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant working experience, with strong interest in office/retail/F&B - Driven, resilient and adaptable personality with the ability to solve problems and multi-task - Strong written/verbal communications and inter-personal skills to engage internal stakeholders and external customers - Both a leader and team player, with positive attitudeAbout JTC Corporation:Master planner.
