Responsibilities * Maintain a close relationship with sales partners for travel, leisure, and MICE segment * Monitor sales partners' performance and provide constructive recommendations on maximizing sales and enhance technology solutions * Responsibilities Maintain a close relationship with sales partners for travel, leisure, and MICE segment Monitor sales partners' performance and provide constructive recommendations on maximizing sales and enhance technology solutions Maintain good relationship with TA/OTAs in the assigned regional market, and existing MICE TAs and accounts, Develop new relationship with potential MICE partners Handle all MICE inquiries and RFPs in a timely manner Collaborate with Marketing, China office and Sales Planning to develop channel sales short and long term sales strategies, products, and promotions for peak and gap periods Align with segment's global strategies and to maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external Provide periodical status updates and sales reports to senior management and internal partners Any assigned ad-hoc tasks from time to time Requirements At least a bachelor's degree and 5 years of working experience in relevant industry Able to speak and write fluent Mandarin to support the operations and interact with partners of segment Proficient in MS Office (eg. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) Strong communication and negotiation skills
