Manager/assistant Manager, Technical Training Centre
Job Description
Responsibilities: Ensure that the bus technicians are competent, certified and future-ready to operate and maintain the equipment and vehicles Build and maintain capability in providing in-house technical training and continual training for technicians and engineers Manage the day-to-day operations of the Technical Training Centre including adherence to Health and Safety policy Develop training programs and strategy to review progress and effectiveness of training Engage and develop strategic partnership with external stakeholders Maintain accreditation status for WSQ training and seek new certifications Support Enterprise Learning Management SystemRequirements: Degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical Engineering At least 4 years experience in electro-mechanical system Preferably possess ACTA certification Proficient in Microsoft Applications and familiar with e-Learning platforms Good communication and writing skills Excellent decision, analytical and problem-solving skills Strong training & development skills
