Conceptualise, plan and organise all events including for fundraising, community engagement, workshops/conferences, open houses, volunteer appreciation and training. This also includes developing timelines, sourcing of venues, vendors, sponsors, managing event budgets, on-site operations and communications with stakeholders
Manage tenders for events
Oversee liaisons with event organisers
Project management
Assist Senior Director (Partnership & Engagement) in guiding and supervising the event management team
Job Requirements
Degree Holder
At least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 work experience in managing different types of events including gala dinners, sports events, community outreach, conferences and training.
Proven project management skills.
Experience in organising fundraising events is advantageous.
Strong writing, speaking and presentation skills in English and conversant in 2nd language.
