Job Description


Perform end to end duties and obligations for the appointed agency roles from inception and throughout the facility life which include but not limited to the following:

  • Liaise with various internal and external (customers, relationship managers, participating banks and lawyers) stakeholders on agency related matter
  • Facilitate and monitor loan operational and administrative aspects as the Facility Agent to ensure timely, accurate and effective loan administrative support to borrower/s and lenders on the disbursement of loans, rollover of loans, redemption /repayment of loans, project account claims, project account fixed deposit, etc
  • Facilitate and attend conference calls, discussions and meetings with internal and external stakeholders when required.
  • Facilitate consent waiver requests
  • Covenants monitoring and coordination
  • Ensure all original agency and security agency documents to be safekept are received in a timely manner and properly lodged
  • Prepare timely and accurate internal and regulatory reports, e.g. GST report, Audit confirmation, MAS Returns A & B, etc.
  • Initiate and participate in improvements and automation projects to optimise, enhance productivity and efficiency in our daily deliverables
  • Take on ad-hoc or additional duties when assign
  • Conduct regular review on operation process/workflows, update the control procedures manual and assist in ad-hoc projects, if necessary
  • Assist in collating MIS data
  • Assist in reporting to Regulatory bodies
Qualifications
  • University Degree or Poly Graduate or Diploma Holder
  • Good knowledge and experience in handling loan agency transactions with client servicing and agency operation management preferred but not mandatory
  • Able to read agency legal documents with good understanding of duties and obligations of agency roles
  • Highly self-motivated, able to work independently and yet is a strong team player
  • Able to multi-task, work under challenging situations to produce accurate and timely work
  • Willing to take challenges and additional responsibilities when assign
  • Good interpersonal, problem solving, adaptability and time management skills
  • Analytical with a keen eye for details, neat and meticulous
  • Able to initiate/manage process improvements to improve staff productivity or service satisfaction
