What the role is:The Corporate Services section in Corporate & Finance Division consists of three teams: Asset Management, Administrative Services and Policies. The key responsibilities of the Administrative Services team are as follows: - provision of corporate services - general office administration - management of office equipmentWhat you will be working on:The key responsibilities of the job holder are: a. Manage vendor onboarding requests from HTX divisions and related matters b. Management of HTX\'s corporate taxi/private hire vehicle accounts and corporate credit card accounts \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage HTX\'s contract with vendors \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage HTX\'s user accounts \xe2\x80\xa2 Check transactions \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyse and provide insights on utilisation trends and highlight potential red flags c. Manage user accounts for Microsoft Teams, Zoom, vending machines and room-booking panels d. Procurement and management of contract of services required by HTX HQ \xe2\x80\xa2 Source for services and manage contracts \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyse and provide insights on utilisation trends e. Drive implementation of new processes/systems related to Administrative Services \xe2\x80\xa2 Review existing processes and implement IT solutions to improve efficiency of services provided by Administrative Services Team f. Assist with any prescribed administrative tasks, housekeeping-related activities or ad-hoc assignments in support of smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of HTX.What we are looking for:
