What the role is:You will be responsible for developing and implementing policy to make workplaces more progressive, uplift lower-wage workers, support the employment of older workers and drive the adoption of work-life harmony practices by employers. You will achieve this by appropriately utilising a diverse range of tools, including legislative levers, tripartite guidelines, standards and advisories, and grants to drive the development of inclusive workplaces and employment practices.What you will be working on:In particular, you will be part of a team that will use data-driven analysis and insights, to develop robust and sustainable policy solutions, monitor outcomes, and derive further insights to iterate and improve policies.
