What the role is:The Planning & Organisation Development (POD) team within the Corporate Development and Services (CDS) Division of ECDA plays a critical role in driving organizational effectiveness, employee capability development, and fostering a positive work culture. As part of the POD team, you will be responsible for driving organisation transformation and development, manpower management, staff capability building, and employee engagement to build a Happy, Innovative and Purposeful (H.I.P) ECDA.What you will be working on:We are looking for a dynamic, resourceful and highly-driven individual to join our team. You will work with the Assistant Director on the following areas: 1. Organisation Planning and Transformation a. Lead the coordination of ECDA\'s overall strategic workplans, including the development of long-term organizational goals. b. Support organization-wide transformation initiatives including developing and implementing change management strategies to enhance operational effectiveness. c. Provide secretariat support for strategic planning meetings and ensure effective documentation of decisions and action plans. 2. Manpower Management a. Design strategies to optimise manpower resources across ECDA. b. Identify and resolve strategic people issues within the organisation e.g. succession planning, and improve HR work processes and operations. 3. Organisation Capability Development a. Drive ECDA\'s strategic capability development as part of organisation transformation to build a future ready workforce. b. Identify competency gaps and support their capability development needs. c. Track and report on ECDA\'s capability development targets.What we are looking for:
