Manager/Senior Manager, Projects & Technical Portfolio

As a Projects & Technical Specialist, this role will lead the development and execution of long-term asset management strategies by overseeing AEI and new development projects, optimizing asset performance, and driving key initiatives such as innovation, sustainability, and EHS compliance.

With more new regulatory related to sustainability reporting and net zero targets, this role will take on to work closely with Project Developments, Sustainability and GBDS (Green Building, Decarbonization & Safety) to develop strategies to achieve the ambitious targets by Year 2030.

Role Level:

Manager

: Focus on execution, coordination, and delivery of initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs.

Senior Manager

: Provide greater leadership in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management, with autonomy in decision-making and scaling solutions across assets.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and oversee project plans, incorporating timelines, budgets, and resource ; ensure quality and timely delivery Monitor and control project budgets, and implement efficiency measures without compromising standards Engage proactively with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals with business needs; provide clear and consistent updates Support (Manager) / Lead (Senior Manager) vendor selection, evaluation, and performance management to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and regulatory requirements; implement effective mitigation strategies and ensure EHS and sustainability compliance

Job Requirements

A recognized Degree in Engineering/Building Services/Real Estate, or a related discipline.

Manager:

Minimum 3-5 years experience in AEI project management, technical services, or asset management within the commercial real estate sector.

Senior Manager:

Minimum 7-10 years relevant experience with proven leadership in managing projects and scaling initiatives across multiple assets. Strong understanding of commercial property sector operations (tenant needs, cost efficiency, sustainability ROI, and compliance) Ability to translate technical solutions into commercial value Strong analytical, and presentation skills and communication skills. Hands-on, resourceful and execution-focused; thrives in a fast-paced environment Team player with initiative, motivation and a growth mindset

Pay: $7,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
