Job Description

What the role is:
Develop career development initiatives that enhance employee growth, mobility and retention, as well as drive the implementation plans and systems to support these initiatives.
What you will be working on:

Design and implement career planning frameworks and pathways for all staff levels o Partner stakeholders to identify competencies for job functions to drive Competency Driven Growth o Track MOM career health trends through workforce analytics, metrics and feedback. o Collaborate with external partners to create career opportunities o Develop career development toolkits and resources for officers and leverage tech solutions to drive career growth initiatives. o Drive communications plan on career health initiatives o Pilot career development approaches for potential national rollout

What we are looking for:

Minimum 5 years experience in career development or talent management. o Strong analytical, conceptualisation and data analytics skills o Strong understanding of public service career frameworks o Knowledge of career development theories and best practices o Excellent stakeholder management skills
