We are looking for a Manager/Sr. Manager, Commercial Programs, for the core platform business within the Commercial function. Reporting to the Director, you will form a part of the department\'s leadership team, helping drive the commercial strategy & excellence of foodpanda across 11 markets in the region.

Engage with different functions and teams across regional HQ and global HQ to drive strategic projects.

You\'ll be responsible for organizing, executing and monitoring inter-connected projects in a timely manner while managing overall strategy and objective.

Undertake overall project planning- define scope, success metrics, levers and internal dependencies and align with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution

Undertake root cause analysis to clearly attribute the existing gaps to different efficiency levers and devise a plan to improve on those.

Some of the projects will include - pricing competitiveness of restaurant partners, listing completeness including picture and description coverage, driving adoption of self-booking tools, database management.

Desired Skills And Experience

5-7 years of commercial experience preferably in hyper-growth startup/e-commerce/retail

Proven leadership ability, with minimum 2-3 years of team management experience, to motivate and execute within a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Proven ability to lead and drive a highly motivated and performance-driven team across multiple geographies and cultures.

Track record of solid data analysis, understanding sales numbers, and monitoring daily metrics to drive business process improvement

Ability to work autonomously in a demanding and often ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
