Job Description


  • Responsible for Expatriates and Inpatriates during an International Assignment based on the company assignment policies from assignment start until repatriation
  • Responsible for assignment briefings with the Expatriates and Inpatriates and compiling of the assignment related documents (incl. assignment contracts)
  • Regular filing and review of salary calculations and benefit packages for assigned employees
  • Responsible for the regular review and update of the Group Mobility policies
  • Compliant management of assignment lifecycle in line with labour law, international social security and tax regulations with consideration of company internal rules and procedures
  • Develop solutions for complex individual cases
  • Responsible for the internal and external interfaces during the assignment process (HR departments and HR Leads, business leads/managers, relocation provider, tax consultants, mobility vendor)
  • Leads mobility-related HR projects (e.g. vendor management) and coordination of these projects
  • Being one of the experienced team member, takes an active role in special tasks and projects within the Group C&B team
  • Reporting requirements, maintenance and development of data in internal databases
  • Provide coaching to team members


Requirements:
  • University graduate
  • Minimum 8+ years of working experience in-house as International Assignment Consultant/Manager within an international company being responsible for assignments to and within the organization
  • Preferably with experience working in a Mobility Consulting firm
  • With substantial experience in mobility policy creation as well as expat administration
  • Excellent analysis, judgment, negotiation, influencing and decision-making ability
  • Ability to understand and adapt to customer, client and business needs
  • Skilled in problem analysis and problem solving, proficient in being proactive, critical thinking skills
  • Ability to interact with different levels
  • Good communication skills; fluency in English
  • Work well under pressure with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office and web-based software
