$20K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: CBDResponsibilities
- Researches and analyses industry, market, and competitors to make strategy decisions for all welding business units.
- Preparing and implementing comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities
- Delegating responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance.
- Ensuring company policies and legal guidelines are clearly communicated for company compliance both internal, external and group.
- Overseeing the company\'s financial performance, investments, and other business ventures. Identify core competencies, define goals and make key decisions for entity in Singapore and overseas.
- Analysing problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company growth and sustainability.
- Liaisons with Board of Directors to make sure all efforts are in alignment
- Ability to learn and grow with our organization
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in welding business is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
