REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor\'s degree in real estate, business administration, finance, or a related field, with a preference for a master\'s degree.
He/She should have extensive experience of at least 15 years in real estate, including successful leadership roles.
An in-depth understanding of real estate investment, development, and property management, particularly in mixed-use developments, is essential, with knowledge of Asian real estate markets being advantageous.
Strong skills in real estate investment analysis, market trends, financial modelling, and strategic decision-making are crucial for achieving business growth and managing large-scale projects.
Additionally, he/she should demonstrate excellent communication, project management, negotiation, and leadership skills, along with cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
