RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement a holistic real estate strategy, oversee development projects, and cultivate a collaborative, high-performance culture emphasizing creativity, proactivity, and results-driven attitudes.
• Analyse and assess new business opportunities and investments for real estate expansion, considering financial, legal, and technical aspects, alongside market research to identify trends and risks for portfolio diversification.
• Manage negotiations, acquisitions, and partnerships for real estate ventures, incorporating stakeholder engagement, financial modelling, due diligence, and strategic considerations such as location, market demand, and growth potential.
• Oversee financial structuring and funding, cultivate relationships with stakeholders, and provide strategic guidance to senior management for project execution.
• Collaborate with various professionals to design detailed site plans, adhere to regulations, and conduct comprehensive due diligence for seamless real estate project execution.
• Secure local authority approvals and permits, ensuring compliance with zoning, building codes, and environmental regulations for construction projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure successful execution, oversee construction processes, mitigate risks, handle budgeting and financial forecasting, and supervise day-to-day operations for effective resource utilization and policy adherence in real estate development.
• Continuously assess and manage the performance of real estate assets, optimizing value through property maintenance, lease management, and strategic decisions informed by industry trends and best practices.
• Maintain positive brand image, attract buyers/tenants, manage properties effectively, and oversee day-to-day operations in real estate, ensuring resource efficiency and policy compliance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor\'s degree in real estate, business administration, finance, or a related field, with a preference for a master\'s degree.
• He/She should have extensive experience of at least 15 years in real estate, including successful leadership roles.
• An in-depth understanding of real estate investment, development, and property management, particularly in mixed-use developments, is essential, with knowledge of Asian real estate markets being advantageous.
• Strong skills in real estate investment analysis, market trends, financial modelling, and strategic decision-making are crucial for achieving business growth and managing large-scale projects.
• Additionally, he/she should demonstrate excellent communication, project management, negotiation, and leadership skills, along with cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
