• Minimum degree or equivalent education.
• Extensive business experience in local SEA markets, achieving growth and high customer satisfaction in a regulated medical device environment.
• Proven track record of driving profitable business growth, ideally in the medical device sector.
• Experience in senior management/executive teams.
• Outstanding leadership and change management skills in an international setting.
• Innovative thinker, fostering a performance culture with internal teams and external partners.
• Fluent in English with excellent multicultural skills; regional languages a plus.
