You'll also have the opportunity to learn about our unique and holistic approach towards talent recruitment, participate in market mapping projects, candidate management as well as the interview control process. Role Responsibilities You will be expected to: .Initiate a range of talent sourcing activities such as advertising job vacancies, networking and conducting referrals to build a regular supply of future-ready candidates for your clients. .Develop and manage the end-to-end recruitment process through effective sourcing, screening, qualifying and preparing candidates and organizing job interviews. .Managing the recruitment process with our clients including identifying suitable candidates, interview feedback and offer negotiation .Gather and share market trends and insights about salary benchmarks and in-demand skills to facilitate the recruitment process. .Collaborate within the team to create new lead generation opportunities .Independently manage day-to-day work schedule and sales pipeline to achieve KPIs and revenue targets .Manage the people and team under you to guide and develop them What we look for: .4-10yearsof relevant recruiting experience with a search agency or an in-house recruiting team in hiring for a full time IT positions .Self-motivated individual who is results-oriented .Exceptional at creating opportunities and influencing outcomes .Experienced in business development .Ability to build genuine long-term relationship with our clients and candidates .Passion and maturity to network with the professional senior working community .Proven experience and knowledge of sourcing and attracting top tier passive talent .Able to develop and guide junior recruiters What we offer: .Exposure to all things recruitment, and a ring side seat to building and scaling astartup. .Latitude to think outside the box, experiment and learn on the go. .A friendly team, a purpose-driven culture, and the autonomy to thrive
