Responsibilities:

• Developing new business relationships with multinational clients
• Consulting hiring managers on the recruitment process and responding quickly to their needs
• Sourcing and matching the best possible talent available
• Managing and negotiating the offer process between clients and candidates
• Networking across your industry of expertise to build solid market knowledge

Requirements:

• Experience Recruitment Consultant in similar space or Salesperson who is keen to join the recruitment industry.
• Professional mindset and a self -motivator
