Our client is hiring for a full-time Mandarin-speaking Restaurant Manager for Crawfish Heaven Restaurant which is part of the group.

The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring that health and safety protocols are adhered to.
Keeping a meticulous record of income and expenses.
Ordering ingredients in the correct quantities for the kitchen staff.
Communicating with customers to receive feedback and manage complaints.
Open and close the restaurant on time.
Managing and operating the restaurant
Analyzing the financial report, handling personnel and financial reimbursement matters;
Rotating through various positions in the restaurant in the first few months to learn and understand the operations.

Ideal Candidate

You have good Mandarin communications skills to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
You have a bachelor\'s degree/diploma.
Min 1-year relevant experience in a restaurant preferred.
You have good interpersonal skills.
Will be relocated to the Philippines.
