They are looking for Mandarin speakers to cater to their Mandarin Market customers.Position: Mandarin Travel Specialist

• Open to Native speakers and Filipino-Chinese with HSK 5-6.
• Conversational English.
• Can make Email and answer calls in Chinese and English.
• Has Customer Service Background.
• BPO work experience is a big advantage.

DUTIES:

• Assist Chinese Travelers or passenger regarding their inquiries
• Answer calls regarding lost baggage and missing luggage
• Answer calls for transfer of seat or booking confirmation
• Reschedule flights and assist passengers in baggage counters check in
